Special Projects

FUSE Specialty’s Special Projects division focuses on many types of construction projects. These include metal stud framing, drywall, demolition, finish carpentry, rough carpentry, miscellaneous metals, for example, as well as a wide breadth of Division 10 related scopes ranging from $100,000 to more than $20 million. We commit to working with clients throughout the entire duration of a project, including during preconstruction, to ensure an accurate and complete design and budget.

Our seasoned estimating department provides our clients with invaluable experience on design-build projects and develops value engineering options to ensure budgetary compliance. So the FUSE Specialty project management team strives to provide excellence on each project by ensuring that the client’s needs are met and exceeded through continuous budget, schedule, and safety management. Furthermore, our trade-specific field superintendents ensure that each project employs only the best field staff. Every member of the team is therefore hand-selected based on their specific area of expertise.  In other words, this careful approach provides each phase of a project with the individuals most qualified to the specific activity.
